About Nicole
Hi, I am Nicole,
The camera has me a captive since my high school. I fell in love with the amazing things i could do with the camera. With the birth of my kids, my passion grew into obsession. Using a point-n-shoot camera to the best of its abilities, i captured moments and documented memories. I also meticulously designed scrap books out of them, which are my most prized possessions.
With the birth of my third child, my photography reached new heights, both equipment and career wise. My photos of my baby became very popular, and I became a sought after photographer among friends and family. Investing early returns in equipment helped me expand to include Maternity, Family, Portrait, Senior and Weddings. My passion steadily grew into my profession. I get excited about each session even though taking photos has become my second nature. I put the same effort and creativity into every session and strive to capture each gorgeous moment. I have tremendous fun at each shoot that wrapping up becomes a burden and huge effort.

After 17 years in the insurance industry, I decided to follow my passion to be a full time photographer. To get where I am now, I have taken a very few classes, most of my knowledge is self-taught by experience and via tutorial videos. I get nervous each session since i believe in bringing out the best in each shoot. I believe my passion for photography has helped me make genuine connections with my clients which reflects in each and every photographs i capture.
I have now added hair & makeup to my repertoire, and provide hair and makeup services for my shoots.
I would love to capture your memories, be it be at a planned event, party, a new addition to the family or just because. My ideology as a photographer is to capture the moments as they happen, adding reality into each and every shots i capture. Call me up and let’s have fun while capturing some memories.
My Studio
Nestled in an Oregon City farm I call home, is a cozy comfortable indoor space where I have set up a studio that is perfect for Portraits and Headshots. The studio is equipped with paper colored backdrops, custom foldup backdrops, chairs, props and umbrella lighting. While most of my clients fall in love with the farm setting and end up spending much of their time on the outdoor shoot, the studio is perfect for some indoor photos to have some variety.
Indoor shoots are much suited for seniors, professional head-shots, newborn and baby sessions. The artificial lighting and a roof over, certainly helps in the Pacific Northwest where cloud cover and rain are unpredictable.

How I Work

We consult over phone to discuss your project requirements, the occassion, the location and the timing. Hair styling and makeup options if needed.

On the day of the session, we meet & greet and get to taking pictures. If you have chosen to do your hair and makeup with me, we meet indoorand complete hair and makeup before starting the session.

Upto 3 weeks after the session, i provide watermarked digital images for download and prints can be ordered my partner photo lab.
